'The best fries I've ever had' was the consensus at our table of 5 after trying both their regular & sweet potato fries. And we've tasted A LOT of fries. Every single thing we ordered was flavorful, nicely seasoned, and simply amazing. I had the salmon (not overcooked, yay!), and there was a fried pork sandwich, steak, burger, Alfredo & appetizers on our order. Heard this is mom & pop type restaurant and you can tell cause there's lots of love in the kitchen.
Beyond wonderful. We are on vacation and I felt so bad showing up 10 minutes before close (I did call and notify them) our waiter/bartender Kris was beyond amazing great service. The food. Amazing. Kris went out of his way even after closing to make us feel at home. He just did wonderful. I'm in the industry and this was by far the best service and food I've had in a long while. We will b back and for sure hope to see Kris again.
We had the pork ribs and the ribs was the most tender we have ever had. A whole rack shared between two people will fill both up. Chloe was the server and she was nice. We will definitely be back.
Best ribs I've EVER had. Drinks were good. Every member of my family loved their meal. We come to Fun City once a year so we will be back every year for sure! Staff (I'm assuming the manager/chefs) come around and ask how your meal/service was and I think that's awesome.
The food and atmosphere is always fantastic. Management is quick to fix any issues that arise and for very friendly. When you go, ask CHARITY, she's their BEST server by far! Very kind and always delvers great service! The kind where you dont even have to ask for a refill because she already got it taken care of with you having to ask!
This was an excellent experience, I got a wrangler with pepper jack cheese and no BBQ sauce, my so got the gorgonzo linguine, everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. By the end we got the strawberry shortcake, a light dessert to end a hearty meal fit for a southern man and his bell. 10/10, would enjoy again.
A stand-out offering for Breaded Pork Tenderloin (BPT) sandwiches. 'Hand-cut fresh and breaded on site,' our server claimed. Based on the sample I had, I believe it. It was excellent! A traditional-style, basic breading that was light and crispy with a juicy cut of tender pork within - just right. An impressive showing - this should be one of your BPT go-to solutions. Excellent Patty Melts, nice pork ribs, pretty much everything here is worth trying.
We ordered catfish dinner, spinach artichoke dip, fried clams, toss salad, and cole slaw. The ranch dressing was homemade and very good. All the food tasted great, but the breading on the catfish was too thick for my taste. A small container of hydrogenated palm and vegetable oil was provided for the dinner roll instead of real butter. A big negative. I still highly recommend Gators restaurant!
